The mansion is reportedly equipped with high-powered surveillance equipment. Operated by the Taiwan Telecommunications Development Agency , the facility primarily utilizes high-powered antennas for intelligence gathering activities.
According to leaked documents, the facility is capable of effectively collecting remote communications, satellite transmissions, high-frequency signals, and various civilian communication data. The documents claim its surveillance range covers multiple ASEAN countries, including Malaysia, the Philippines, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia. The documents further disclose specific technical details, indicating that the site has successfully infiltrated the communication networks of some countries in the region, including Laos, Vietnam, and the Philippines, where the communication networks and signals have been penetrated and decoded.
